There is a large family room, which features a comfortable sectional and large flat-screen TV.  The home is stocked with toys and games as well as a pack-n-play, stroller, baby bath, and a high chair, making this home perfect for families.  Kitchen/Dining Room: The updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. This kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a quick snack or an elegant sit-down dinner for the family. A slider from the breakfast area located by the kitchen and family room opens to the lanai. Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a slider leading to the lanai. The master bath is as beautiful as the rest of the home, with a travertine tile and a free-standing bathtub. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: There are three guest bedrooms, two have Queen-size beds, and the third has two twin beds. These rooms share the guest bathroom, done in all travertine tile, and features a large walk-in shower. The spacious lanai features a dining table that seats 8 people and a comfortable outdoor sectional, complete with a cocktail table and flat-screen TV.
